The EdFill Library is a public collection of classroom resources. These guidelines explain, in plain language, what may be published. The binding rules are in the Public Library section of the EdFill Terms of Use.
Publisher responsibility
Before publishing, every publisher confirms:
> I created this worksheet or have the right to publish it publicly, and it contains no student or other personal information. Publishing is subject to the EdFill Terms of Use and Library Guidelines.
EdFill provides the platform. Publishers are responsible for what they publish, including having the rights to any uploaded, pasted, adapted or third-party text and images in their resources.
What belongs in the library
- Accurate, classroom-ready learning resources.
- Original work, or material you have the rights to share publicly.
- Clear, honest titles and descriptions.
What is not allowed
- Profanity, sexual content, hate, harassment, threats, extremist content, or anything that encourages self-harm or illegal activity.
- Personal information about real people — including student names, photos, contact details or anything that identifies a student.
- Copyrighted material you don't have the rights to publish (for example textbook pages, published passages, worksheets from other publishers).
- Advertising, spam, links to unrelated sites, or misleading content.
- Impersonating EdFill, another teacher, a school or an organization.
Review and removal
Every publication is checked automatically, and some are reviewed by the EdFill team before they go live. EdFill may hold, decline, unpublish or remove any resource or creator profile that doesn't follow these guidelines, and may restrict publishing for repeated or serious problems.
Reporting and copyright notices
Use Report on any worksheet or creator page. Copyright owners can send a notice with the work concerned and contact details; we review every notice and remove material where appropriate.
Your private work stays private
Publishing shares a snapshot of the student pages and answer key only. Your prompts, uploaded files, private notes, version history, account details and classes are never published.
